A practicing yoginī of more than 25 years, in 2022 I decided to finally embark on teacher training. Since then—and now my daughter is all grown up—I have dedicated myself to continued studies in Yoga Philosophy, Sanskrit, and reading the Sacred Yogic Texts.
It's important to me to live the practice of yoga and so my classes weave together physical postures, meditation, sound healing (mantra and singing bowls) and ancient wisdom, in a way that can positively impact your modern life.
The focus is always on:
✓ Compassion: nurturing mind, body, and spirit
✓ Consistency: cultivating steadiness in your practice
✓ Connection: building strength; physically & emotionally
Due to my wandering lifestyle I currently only offer 1-1 online yoga lessons, but this allows me to tune in deeply to your specific needs, creating a practice that will be of the most benefit for your personal yoga journey.
These one hour classes primarily embrace restorative and yin styles of practice as a way to encourage a sense of slow connection and comfort within stillness, as well as to perfectly demonstrate how yoga is for everyone.
Available on a suggested sliding scale donation basis (£10-25) based on your means, please contact me to discuss a FREE trial class.
I can't wait to meet you on the mat!
With love,
Wandering Alice

Kind words
"I wanted to email and thank you for leading such wonderful practices. I really enjoy each one and they are helping me grow in confidence, helping me regulate by having that essential time for me. I've never been brave enough to attend a class, so it's a big deal." - KATIE
"Just a blissful yoga practice followed by the lovely chanting. It was such a beautiful exercise. I loved joining in with the chanting. Thank you so much." - SARAH
"Whilst listening to you and your teachings I've finally understood connection and how being alone and connecting with nature and breath is not a treat but a necessity for me. By entwining yoga and meditation into my daily life, I am starting to feel free and more my true self." - HAYLEY
"I find I much prefer your Zoom class to the in-person class I do locally. You're so engaging and warm and you care so much about your students. I truly feel that even through a screen. I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to practice with you." - AMANDA
"I love my classes with you. Thank you for making them so thoughtful. You can really feel the time and consideration you put into each one." - CATHARINE
"After so many years of thinking yoga wasn't for me, I've found my love for it so thanks Alice, that's all down to you and your teaching and encouragement. Recently my neighbour said 'you look different Claire, as if you're glowing' and I told him—it's yoga!" - CLAIRE
"I just wanted to let you know how amazing I found your yin class. My intention this morning was about staying calm and after our session I definitely felt like a weight had been lifted and have been able to keep the ‘calm’ within me for the rest of the day too. It also has made me feel so much more positive and re-energised." - LIZ
"I wish to tell you how much I am enjoying these classes and hope you will be able to continue as long as possible. A friend sent me the following quote many years ago which makes me think of our unconscious impact on others: Albert Schweitzer wrote ‘one thing stirs within me when I look back on my life; it is the fact that so many people meant so much to me without knowing it. They entered into my life and became a spiritual power within me. If we have them before us who have been a blessing to us, they would be amazed to learn what passed from their lives to ours.’ I feel this way about your sessions. Thank you." - EILEEN
"Alice has such a calm vibe - her classes are soothing and make you feel nourished and relaxed. Her experience in yoga and her holistic nature-fuelled ethos will help you feel like a new person." - SARAH
